QUESTION 2. In what ways does your environment seep into your work, even when you don’t intend it to?
ANSWER 2. Alot of the time my upbringing, values and culture can bleed into the work but as a Christian Ive gotten more control in that regard than I used to years ago. I dont create for the masses but for an audience of one and that is the king of the universe, Jesus Christ.

Nelson is a former HIP HOP head turned devout Christian, in His old life He used to Bboy , do graffiti,Emcee and work in the education field but He now works for THE LORD and all his endeavors are aimed at glorifying The Living God.

QUESTION 3. Which medium—not your own—most inspires you, and what do you take from it?
ANSWER 3. Im most inspired by praise and worship music from artist who speak different languages from different cultures across the globe. Its usually playing as I create in the background to set the tone, Heart posture and helps drive the message of my work. Oftentimes it will even play in the coordidors of my thought life and in my subconscious mind as I create even in silence.
QUESTION 1. How do you know when a piece is truly finished—or do you ever?
ANSWER 1. I know a art or music or literature or any creative piece of work is finished when I either have filled the negative space in some cases, shared my intended message in the work thus far or just have a knowing it was supposed to look as is. At that point of reflection. Im constantly reflecting on the work during the artist process.
